Manager, Financial Controls Advisory

The Manager, Financial Controls Advisory serves as an enterprise subject matter authority and second line of defense advisor within the Controller's organization, collaborating across Finance, Technology, and Compliance teams to build and improve the enterprise control environment. This role leads initiatives to proactively mitigate financial reporting risks, advises business process owners on developing practical controls, and drives remediation efforts for identified control deficiencies. The position involves serving as the primary liaison with internal and external auditors while establishing standards for internal control documentation and mentoring control owners.
