About this role

The Manager, Financial Crime Compliance & Advisory will lead the global design, maintenance and evolution of Ebury’s Financial Crime framework (AML, CTF, Sanctions) and provide strategic regulatory advisory to senior management. Reporting to the Group Compliance Director from the Madrid office, the role supports executive-level reporting, regulatory horizon scanning and global programme consistency. This leadership position sits within the Compliance function and focuses on shaping cross-border financial crime strategy across the firm.
