About this role

The Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis leads planning, forecasting, and performance reporting cycles to inform operating and capital decisions across EZCORP's pawn businesses. This role owns the annual budget, periodic reforecasts, and monthly variance analysis for an assigned segment, translating store and segment-level results into clear commentary for leadership.
