About this role

The Manager, Financial Reporting & Operations leads two core Finance functions: Financial Operations and Financial Reporting, ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and effectiveness of transaction processing, period-end close, and financial reporting. The role involves collaborating with business leaders, Finance management, and cross-functional teams to address accounting and reporting impacts while driving process and system improvements. As a key member of the Finance leadership team, the Manager develops strong teams and builds the team’s ability to respond to changing business requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close and reporting processes
Provide oversight of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Inventory accounting functions
Maintain effective internal control environment and support SOX compliance activities
