About this role

The Financial Reporting Manager leads Copeland's internal and external GAAP financial reporting, including SEC filings when applicable. This role partners with legal, treasury, and tax functions to ensure compliant financial statements and filings while supporting the Disclosure and Audit Committees. The position reports directly to the Senior Manager of Financial Reporting and involves managing data collection processes and implementing new accounting guidance.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate quarterly and annual GAAP financial statement filings
Lead the transition to SEC filing compliance for 10-K and 10-Q reports
Own the monthly US GAAP internal reporting process
Collaborate on implementing new GAAP and SEC disclosure guidance
Manage supporting documentation for earnings releases and investor reports
