About this role

The Manager, Financial Reporting leads the preparation, analysis, and governance of IMCO’s financial statements and disclosures for corporate and investment pool funds, ensuring high‑quality, timely reporting in accordance with IFRS. The role supports board and committee reporting, audit coordination, policy development, and drives continuous improvement in reporting processes and controls.

Responsibilities

Lead quarterly and annual financial reporting for corporate and investment pool funds
Perform detailed accounting analysis on complex transactions and new standards
Support Finance and Audit Committee preparation and material drafting
Liaise with external auditors to coordinate corporate and fund audits
Provide oversight of financial disclosures, including sustainability and AUM reconciliation
