Manager, Financial Systems & Innovation

The Manager, Financial Systems & Innovation leads the day-to-day delivery, governance, and continuous improvement of Workday Financials and related finance systems. This role partners with Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to translate priorities into scalable solutions that strengthen financial processes, data integrity, controls, reporting, and the user experience. The position provides hands-on leadership for application support, system enhancements, releases, testing, issue resolution, and change adoption while building team capability. It also involves overseeing application support, incident resolution, and maintaining effective system controls in partnership with internal and external auditors.
