Manager, Flight Test

The Manager, Flight Test leads the flight test team and coordinates resource planning to support Flight and Ground Testing within aircraft programs. This role oversees critical pilot and flight test resources to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time execution of flight test milestones while maintaining regulatory compliance. The position serves as a primary liaison between Flight Operations, engineering, production, and external aviation authorities to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.
