The Manager, Food Safety & Quality Assurance leads the development and implementation of food safety and quality assurance strategies, policies, and programs to ensure product safety and integrity. The role communicates the FSQA vision, manages FSQA staff and performance, and ensures compliance with USDA FSIS regulations and company quality specifications. This position also supports cross-functional initiatives and acts as a technical resource for food safety and quality matters.
