Manager, Forward Deployed UX Designer

The Manager, Forward Deployed UX Designer leads a newly created team that embeds directly with customers in the field to understand their mission and evaluate continuous readiness. This role involves co-creating solutions, validating design decisions, and turning customer insights into product direction for innovative AI-native solutions. The manager scales a system for forward-deployed teams to create innovation on the edge and integrate work back to the core platform. It is a highly collaborative, fast-paced, customer-facing role owning end-to-end discovery work across multiple critical deployments.
