Manager, Funding Development & Compliance

The Manager, Funding Development & Compliance leads a centralized, organization-wide funding function for the Union of Nova Scotia Mi'kmaq, prioritizing the protection of existing funding through tracking agreements, coordinating reporting, and maintaining compliance with funders. The role also involves identifying new funding opportunities aligned with community priorities and leading the development of applications and proposals. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer and ensures the organization remains in good standing with its various funding partners.
