The Manager, General Counsel will oversee post-closing requirements and loan documentation for NFF’s lending portfolio and support the closing of special loan fund transactions. The role ensures lending activities are executed with rigor, compliance, and care while providing operational support to the General Counsel department. This position contributes to organizational risk management and enables responsible capital deployment in support of NFF’s mission.
