Manager, Global Channel Communications

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global channel communications strategy aligned with business priorities and regional needs.
• Serve as the central point of coordination for partner-facing messaging across programs, launches, campaigns, and initiatives.
• Ensure message consistency, clarity, and alignment across all partner touchpoints.
• Create and manage partner-facing communications, including global announcements, program and incentive communications, product and solution messaging, and adapt messaging for different audiences, regions, and partner routes to market.
• Collaborate closely with channel marketing, product marketing, sales, enablement, and corporate communications teams to gather input and synthesize it into clear, actionable communications.
