The Manager, Global Quality Integration Capability Development serves as a central orchestrator connecting global integration strategy with shop-floor execution across Mars and Kellanova manufacturing networks. This role partners with subject matter experts to translate harmonized standards into practical learning paths and qualification toolkits, driving end-to-end capability development through an agile sprint model. The position is critical to harmonizing Quality & Food Safety culture, standards, and operating models across legacy sites.

Responsibilities

Design and execute enterprise-wide training and capability-building roadmaps
Conduct training needs assessments to identify competency gaps between legacy operating models
Build and activate a sustainable network of site-based Q&FS Champions and Lead Trainers
