Manager, Global Safety & Emergency Preparedness

The Manager, Global Safety & Emergency Preparedness leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of CAA's global safety, emergency preparedness, and business continuity programs. This role protects employees, visitors, and business operations through proactive risk management, emergency planning, crisis preparedness, and regulatory compliance initiatives across the company's global footprint. The position serves as the program lead for enterprise-wide health, safety, and emergency preparedness initiatives, accountable for developing standards, conducting risk assessments, and managing emergency response programs.
