The Manager, Governance Policy and Compliance leads the development, maintenance, and monitoring of governance policies, procedures, and bylaws while coordinating compliance activities and maintaining corporate records. This role oversees the organization's privacy program, including privacy assessments, incident tracking, and serving as the Privacy Officer. The position also supports Board and Committee governance processes and provides backup for agenda management to ensure continuity across the governance function.
