Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, public health, healthcare administration, business, public policy, government, or a related field10+ years of professional experience in government consulting, federal health contracting, life sciences, healthcare strategy, or program management5+ years of experience leading or supporting federal business development, capture, proposals, and/or delivery for health-related government programsDemonstrated experience working with or pursuing opportunities with agencies such as HHS, NIH, CDC, BARDA, ASPR, DHA, CMS, VA, or other federal health/life sciences organizationsStrong knowledge of federal procurement and assistance mechanisms, including contracts, grants, cooperative agreements, OTAs, and IDIQs
