Manager, Guest Services

This role is responsible for the successful functioning of the department, primarily managing the reception of all in-house and outside telephone calls and processing guest requests professionally. The position involves tracking guest issues to drive process improvements, ensuring staff are well-informed, and striving to maximize both guest satisfaction and the department's financial performance.
