The Hardware Engineering Manager leads an internal PCBA design team and manages a technical co-development partnership with an external JDM partner. The role serves as the technical bridge between JDM partners, internal R&D, and global field support to ensure proprietary IP and manufacturing capabilities deliver scalable, high-quality hardware. This position is focused on end-to-end lifecycle ownership of complex PCBAs from development through sustaining engineering.
