About this role

The Manager, HCM Solutions will lead Workday Talent Acquisition systems (Recruiting and Onboarding), managing configuration, enhancements, integrations, and the system lifecycle to support TA processes and the candidate/new-hire experience. The role partners closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT stakeholders, and leads a team of HCM/TA systems analysts. This position also maintains familiarity with core HCM modules and Compensation while overseeing roadmap and vendor relationships.
