About this role
GEICO is hiring an HR Compliance Manager to lead enterprise employment compliance programs focused on operational areas like Workers’ Compensation, OSHA, regulatory reporting, audit remediation, and HR policy governance. The role partners closely with Legal, Corporate Compliance, Internal Controls, and HRIS to strengthen governance and reduce risk across high-volume HR operations. This position explicitly excludes ownership of EEO investigations, AAP, and federal contractor/OFCCP compliance.
