About this role

As a Manager, HR Systems, you will lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Workday platform for a global organization. This role partners with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to execute the HR tech roadmap, manage system projects, and ensure accurate data and a strong user experience. You will be responsible for defining business requirements, leading integrations, and driving continuous improvement across the Workday tenant.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Workday SKUs including HCM, Payroll, and Benefits
Lead HR tech roadmap execution and system-related projects
Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards
Manage Workday Enterprise Interface Builder integrations and data loads
Partner with stakeholders to define requirements and translate needs into system solutions

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, HR Information Systems, or related field6-8 years of HRIS experience3 years hands-on experience with WorkdayExperience configuring multiple Workday modules including Core HCMExperience leading HRIS or Workday-related projects
