Manager, HRIS and Benefits

The Manager, HRIS and Benefits leads the administration and compliance of U.S. and Canada health and welfare benefit plans, while overseeing HRIS operations, data accuracy, and system integrations. This role collaborates with finance, IT, payroll, and external providers, provides training and support, and mentors a local team of HRIS and benefits professionals. It also handles escalated claims, project management, and serves as a liaison for system changes.
