Manager Human Resources- AUS

The Human Resources Manager oversees all aspects of Human Resources for a large operational workforce, serving as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership. The role drives HR initiatives that support employee engagement, labor relations, talent acquisition, compliance, workforce planning, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. The ideal candidate brings experience supporting a large hourly employee population, preferably within a unionized manufacturing, logistics, food production, hospitality, transportation, or similar operational environment.
