Manager, Human Resources

The Manager, Human Resources serves as the sole on-site HR representative for the Shiseido Americas Distribution Center in Groveport, Ohio, supporting approximately 200 employees across three shifts. This full-service HR generalist role provides hands-on support across the entire employee life cycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. The position partners closely with site leadership and HR Centers of Excellence to deliver timely solutions and foster a collaborative, people-first workplace culture.
