The Human Resources Manager oversees all human resources operations for the assigned campus, ensuring effective implementation of strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives and promote a positive work environment. This role provides leadership to the HR team while serving as a key partner to employees and management, offering guidance on employee relations, workforce planning, compliance, and organizational development. The position drives consistency in HR practices, supports leadership development initiatives, and collaborates with other HR Managers across campuses to ensure alignment and continuous improvement of HR processes.
