Manager I - Field People Relations

The Manager I - Field People Relations provides day-to-day leadership and operational oversight of Blattner’s field-facing People Relations Partner team, ensuring consistent, high-quality employee relations casework across a geographically dispersed construction environment. This role manages the team’s caseload, conducts complex workplace investigations, and serves as the first-line escalation point for sensitive and legally complex field matters. The position builds trusted relationships with field and business unit leaders to embed responsive People Relations support into the operational rhythm of the business.
