The Manager I, M&S Recruiting serves as a strategic business partner to Marketing & Sales leaders across the Americas, developing tailored recruiting strategies to build strong candidate pipelines in a high-pressure, target-driven environment. Working under limited supervision, this role involves overseeing the full talent acquisition lifecycle, analyzing complex business data, and implementing best practices to meet specific staffing requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement regional recruiting strategies for Marketing and Sales divisions.
Oversee the full lifecycle recruitment process from intake through interviewing.
Partner with HRBPs to design competitive and equitable compensation recommendations.
Analyze hiring model effectiveness and drive continuous process improvements.
Utilize social media platforms to generate a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
