Manager I - Program Finance

Leonardo DRS Naval Power Systems is seeking a Manager of Program Finance to lead a team of program financial analysts and support the financial performance of complex naval defense programs. This role partners with various leadership teams to deliver reliable forecasts, disciplined Estimates at Completion (EACs), and clear financial insights that support decisions. The manager oversees program financial planning, reporting, analysis, and controls while developing a team that can explain what changed, identify the underlying drivers, and recommend effective actions.
