Manager, Identity Access Management

Michael Kors is seeking an experienced Manager, Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead the enterprise-wide Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) program with a strong focus on SailPoint. This role provides strategic direction, hands-on leadership, and technical oversight for identity lifecycle management, access governance, and the integration of key business applications. The IAM Manager will own the SailPoint roadmap, guide a team of engineers and analysts, and partner with security, HR, and compliance teams to ensure secure and scalable identity services.
