Manager II - Engineering - RF Electronics Lean Product and Process

The Lean Product and Process Engineering Manager serves as a functional leader responsible for developing and executing the Lean Product & Process Development strategy across the RF Electronics Manufacturing value stream. This role strengthens early-phase product development by enabling knowledge flow, manufacturability, and rapid learning cycles within a highly matrixed environment. The position involves partnering with value stream leadership to define customer value, drive producible architecture, and lead Manufacturing Readiness Assessments to ensure progressive readiness.
