The Human Resources Manager provides functional HR leadership for Regal Rexnord’s Commercial Gearing manufacturing facility in the Apodaca area of Monterrey, Mexico. The role is a strategic, hands-on onsite partner to the Plant Manager and works within a matrixed structure with indirect reporting to a US functional leader. The position supports a large unionized hourly workforce and salaried staff while driving transformative change to elevate the site to a center of excellence.
