Manager In Systems Design

This role oversees the design and development of next-generation manufacturing equipment, ranging from full-scale automated systems to benchtop and lab-scale prototypes. The manager leads a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team of mechanical and mechatronics engineers to develop concepts, build prototypes, and deliver safe, reliable, and innovative equipment for manufacturing. The position involves working with business leaders to understand equipment needs, developing technical strategies, and ensuring industrial scalability.
