Manager In Training -12 HR -NIGHT SHIFT

This role involves leading a team of 15 to 25 production employees to achieve daily production, quality, and safety goals while troubleshooting equipment and machinery. The position requires a thorough understanding of the manufacturing process, QC systems, and material testing equipment to ensure smooth operations. The Manager In Training will also manage daily time and attendance and communicate critical information to the team.
