Manager in Training (MIT)

The Manager in Training program at Belle Tire prepares future store leaders through hands-on experience in retail operations, working closely with a Store Manager mentor. Participants learn to lead teams, drive sales, manage operations, and deliver premium customer service while developing essential leadership and business management skills. This role combines training, observation, and direct leadership responsibility to equip individuals with the expertise needed to successfully manage a store.
