Manager in Training (MIT)

The Manager in Training program at Belle Tire prepares future store leaders through hands-on experience in retail operations, working closely with a Store Manager mentor to learn team leadership, sales strategies, and operational management. This role involves training, observation, and direct leadership responsibility to develop the skills needed to successfully manage a store while contributing to daily operations and team success.
