About this role
The Manager in Training (MIT) is a hands-on, entry-level leadership development role that prepares candidates for promotion to Store Manager through a structured 90-day program. The position offers exposure to tire and automotive service sales, customer engagement, and retail operations with a formal evaluation upon completion. Successful trainees will be placed into Store Manager or Professional Service Manager roles within the market when program requirements are met.
