The Manager in Training is an entry-level leadership role at Hibbett focused on learning overall store operations and management duties. The role involves becoming knowledgeable across product areas, promoting the brand, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Trainees are prepared to assume the Store Manager’s responsibilities when needed and are trained in administrative and operational processes.
