Manager-in-Training

The Manager-in-Training Program provides cross-club and cross-department management experience to prepare participants for leadership roles in club operations or at the home office. Trainees gain hands-on experience across various departments, including membership sales, fitness, aquatics, food and beverage, and human resources, while covering management vacancies. The role involves completing comprehensive training, mentoring, and special assignments to develop operational and financial management skills.
