The Manager, MyChart & Patient Experience provides strategic and operational leadership for Sentara’s Epic MyChart and related patient experience applications, overseeing delivery, optimization, and ongoing support. The role partners with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to improve patient access, communication, and digital workflows across the organization. This position leads a team of analysts and ensures operational readiness for testing and release cycles.
