Manager, Integration Management Office (IMO) and Alliance Operations

The Manager, Integration Management Office (IMO) and Alliance Operations is responsible for operational excellence, governance, capability development, and continuous improvement supporting Gilead's integration and alliance management activities. This role serves as the operational backbone for both the Integration Management Office and the Alliance Management function, ensuring consistent governance, disciplined execution, effective portfolio oversight, and enterprise-wide knowledge management across M&A acquisitions, divestitures, strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliance portfolios. The position enables Gilead to execute transactions and partnerships more effectively by establishing standardized operating models, tools, reporting frameworks, and best practices, while building organizational capabilities that improve decision-making, value realization, risk management, and cross-functional alignment.
