About this role

Mobility Global is seeking a Manager of Intercompany Accounting & Global Settlements to lead the governance, reconciliation, and settlement processes for intercompany transactions across all legal entities. This role ensures accuracy and compliance with U.S. GAAP while partnering with Treasury, Tax, and Global Controllership to drive process standardization and support monthly/quarterly close cycles. The position involves managing complex multi-entity environments, overseeing SOX controls, and optimizing ERP systems for automated eliminations and settlements.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day governance and reconciliation of global intercompany transactions
Oversee monthly and quarterly settlement activities across multi-currency environments
Maintain SOX-compliant controls for accounting reconciliations and eliminations
Partner with Treasury and Tax to support spin-off structures and TSAs
Drive process standardization and automation opportunities within ERP systems
