About this role

As the Manager on the Internal Audit team at Paramount, you will lead risk-based operational audits and provide strategic advisory support across corporate, media, streaming, and production businesses. You will drive audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting while leveraging data analytics to evaluate internal controls and governance for the dynamic media and entertainment environment.

Responsibilities

Plan and lead risk-based operational audits across diverse business units
Design audit approaches and procedures to test preventive and detective controls
Leverage data analytics to identify trends, anomalies, and emerging risks
Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to strengthen controls

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or Information SystemsActive CPA or CIA CertificationActive CFE or CISA Certification7+ years of experience in Internal/External Audit or Risk ManagementExperience with Institute of Internal Auditors Global Internal Audit Standards
