The Manager, Internal Communications at Charles River Associates will lead a centralized internal communications function, shaping the firm’s narrative and ensuring consistent messaging across the organization. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer and dotted line to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the role partners with senior leadership, Marketing, and Human Capital to drive engagement, support transformation initiatives, and measure communication effectiveness.
