Manager, Internal Controls

The Manager, Internal Controls at Masco will strengthen and oversee the company’s financial, operational, and IT control environment across headquarters and business units. The role partners closely with leaders and process owners to ensure compliance with Masco’s ICFR framework, supports audit activities, and reports to the Director, Internal Controls. The position also advances continuous improvement and a culture of strong internal controls across the organization.
