Manager Inventory Accounting

The Inventory Manager oversees inventory accounting and control activities to ensure accurate financial reporting and inventory records across J.Jill’s retail stores, direct-to-consumer operations, and distribution network. This role leads inventory-related close processes, strengthens inventory accuracy and controls, and partners with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes. The position supervises inventory accounting staff and balances hands-on accounting knowledge with effective operational oversight.
