About this role

The Manager, Invoice Pay Supplier Recruitment & Retention builds and leads the supplier-facing team responsible for recruiting suppliers into virtual card programs and retaining them. This hands-on role involves direct supplier outreach, coaching team members, and refining call scripts to meet program goals. The position reports to the Director of Invoice Pay and partners closely with the Payment Optimization and Operations team to optimize supplier engagement and program performance.

Responsibilities

Build and lead the supplier-facing calling team to recruit and retain suppliers in virtual card programs
Develop call scripts, train new callers, and manage team performance to meet campaign goals
Track KPIs, report on campaign results, and partner with the PO&O team to optimize supplier enrollment
