About this role

Collins Aerospace Mission Systems seeks a Program Management resource to drive success by serving as an expert in Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS). The role involves performing internal and external EVMS surveillance reviews, ensuring compliance with government policies, and supporting Program and Control Account Managers. This position focuses on deployment of EVM processes, training team members to improve EVM maturity, and managing requirements across various defense and aerospace programs.

Responsibilities

Perform EVMS internal and external surveillance reviews including ISRs and JSRs
Ensure compliance with corporate, department, and government policies and regulations
Deploy EVM processes and support the development and maintenance of the EV System
Train and influence program teams to develop EVM maturity and improve processes
Interact with DCMA and programs to support joint surveillance reviews and corrective actions

Bachelor's Degree in related field12 years of relevant experience OR Advanced Degree with 5 years experienceU.S. Citizenship
