About this role

The Manager – IT Compliance will lead the design, testing, and remediation of SOX IT General and Application Controls across the company's financial reporting systems. Reporting to the Director of IT Compliance, the role partners with engineering, product, security, finance, and audit teams to embed automation, ensure control effectiveness, and drive multi‑quarter compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

Drive IT compliance program and strategy across the organization
Conduct control design assessments and periodic effectiveness testing
Lead internal and external IT audits, remediation and documentation
