Amylyx is seeking a Manager of IT Business Applications for General & Administrative functions to support and enhance HR, Finance, Legal, and Procurement systems, with a primary focus on NetSuite ERP. This role involves troubleshooting system issues, executing change controls, creating reports and documentation, and partnering cross-functionally to improve data quality and user experiences. The position requires working closely with business stakeholders and IT colleagues to ensure stable, scalable applications that meet evolving organizational needs.

Responsibilities

Support and enhance NetSuite ERP for HR, Finance, Legal, and Procurement systems
Troubleshoot system, data, and transaction issues to ensure operational stability
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate needs into system solutions
Create and maintain reports, dashboards, documentation, and training materials
Execute change controls and drive process improvements to strengthen data quality
